Analytics & Reporting

What dunning reporting means in GetPaidHQ.

Dunning reporting is operational reporting. It shows what recovery tried, what happened, and how much revenue moved from at-risk to recovered or lost.

Campaign reporting

Campaign data is the high-level view: status, failed amount, attempt count, next attempt time, and customer/subscription identity.

Attempt reporting

Attempt data is the audit trail. It shows retry type, amount, status, failure reason, payment method, and timing.

Communication reporting

Communication data shows which recovery messages were sent and their delivery state. Use it to debug customer-facing recovery, not to infer payment success.

Customer history

Customer dunning history summarizes recovery totals across campaigns. It is useful for support, account-health views, and retention workflows.

The current implementation does not expose predictive analytics, AI scoring, or published benchmark recovery-rate claims.
