GetPaidHQ exists for the teams hosted billing platforms leave behind — companies on regional gateways, in-house processors, and multi-processor stacks, or with data-residency and ownership requirements.
Most billing platforms assume you run on their payment processor and their infrastructure. That's a poor fit for a large part of the world's software businesses. GetPaidHQ takes the opposite stance: the billing engine is yours to run, and the processor is yours to choose.
It's AGPLv3open-source and self-hostable — read the code, run it on your own infrastructure, and avoid lock-in. It's built by a small team, currently in open beta, with a managed Cloud option on the way for teams who'd rather not operate it themselves.
